Swaleh Mohamed who appeared before Mombasa senior resident magistrate, David Odhiambo was arrested after he insulted a woman.
Swaleh is alleged to have on July 4, 2023 at office ya Jara area in Likoni insulted Linda Jerita by telling her that she was a prostitute.

The charges were read to him in Swahili before the court "Malaya unato* na babako "a maner likely to cause a breach of peace.
He denied the charges and released on a 50k bond. Case was mentioned on August 10, 2023.
