A Robbery with violence suspect pleaded guilty for Robbing a man of a television, mobile phones and a flashdisk.

Mbarak Juma, a/k/a “Cocktail ," who appeared before Mombasa senior principal magistrate, Vincent Adet today pleaded guilty to one count of robbery with violence contrary to section 295 of the penal code.

The particulars being that on June 21, 2023 at Mwananzia area in Likoni sub-county Mombasa county the suspect being armed with dangerous weapons robbed Baraka Kalama of his 32 inch television two mobile phones and a flashdisk all valued at Kshs.40,000 and immediately before the time of such robbery used actual violence to the victim.

Juma pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to a 20-years imprisonment.
